Kundalini Yoga ONLINE

Explore the cultivation of luminous life-force in our bodies - to heighten presence and awareness, elevate our creative spiritual capacities and return to realise a state of balance and clarity - through the practice of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation. 

This 2 hour session will focus on boosting the immune system and strengthening the aura - our energetic shield and projective power. At this time when we're being impelled to stay inside, this a ripe opportunity to focus on what it is that we can untangle and release from within toward our greater holistic wellbeing, and consider what realities we are projecting and attracting into our lives. A process that can be guided by the technology of Kundalini Yoga.

When we connect and focus together as a group with these gestures of devotion and self-love, we collectively uplift our spirits and bring about greater peace and clarity - both for ourselves and in radiance to our wider communities.

We'll be connecting on ZOOM for this session. If you haven't used an online platform for this sort of thing before and you're feeling dubious, I can tell you that I've been surprisingly inspired by how uniting and present it feels, and I have had great feedback from others too!


is known as the yoga of awareness. As a technology it combines pranayama, asana, mantra and meditation to safely raise the Kundalini energy up from the base of the spine, removing obstacles and healing energetic blocks as it goes. We develop our strength, flexibility, and coordination, expand our lung capacity, improve the balance of our nervous and endocrine systems, nurture our intuition, induce states of deep meditation, provide powerful detoxification for the body-mind-spirit and much more. 

In today’s culture which readily overstimulates our attention and encourages instant gratification, it’s particularly profound to cultivate a space to focus, connect, breathe, release, envision and project.

About your Facilitator

Annabelle Stapleton-Crittenden (Charan Bani Kaur) is a healing arts practitioner and artist. She came to yoga in 2006, finding deepest resonance with the profound technology of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, and has been teaching since 2014. She also works with the harmonising tools of sound medicine and intuitive storytelling, and offers the heart centring plant spirit cacao.

Informed by her experience in performance art, Annabelle creates space for people to intimately encounter themselves and connect with their innate wisdom, to tune in to the interdependence of mental, physical and spiritual bodies. She delights in the inherent magic of performing-ourselves-into-being, tapping into the capacity to heal old wounds, recognise where we've been self-sabotaging rascals, and realign to flourish on our soul path. 

Annabelle shares with the hope that we might each develop a sincere relationship to our higher self, and to nurture discerning resilience alongside softness and vibrant sensuality. She offers space to gather in community in creative expression, honouring our unique bodies whilst supporting collective healing. She also holds private group sessions and 1:1's for personalised focus.  

Yoga classes are suitable for all levels of experience and are accessible to differently-abled bodies. Annabelle's work is enriched by her current studies in the neurophysiology of acute complex trauma and embodied practices of recovery (TCTSY). If you have any concerns, particularly regarding serious or chronic injuries or conditions which you think may effect your ability to participate, please get in touch in advance so we can make sure you feel as safe and comfortable as possible.
