"Having never done anything like this before it has opened my eyes too new possibilities and adventures for the future" - Pete Waldie

Death By Yoga

A contemplative journey, diving into the nature of reality and who we think we are.

Marina White Raven facilitates a multi dimensional experience drawing on Yoga philosophy and practice, Mexican death culture and The Tibetan Book of The Dead.

This 2 hour process is presented in 3 phases:

Experiencing our ALIVENESS: preparing the body, clearing the energetic channels and sensing individual and shared space.

Practicing DEATH: a guided meditation through the eight stages of death followed by an awakening ritual.

Expression of AFTERLIFE: creative response, sharing and dialogue.

This death practice is inspired by over 20 performances of ‘Practice for my Deathbed’ in six different countries and directly addresses our fears of impermanence and change. Starting with the body and breath, releasing tension and dropping down through the physical, sensory, emotional and intellectual layers of the pranic body; this is an invitation to go beyond our limitations and fully embrace our aliveness.

No performance or meditation experience required for this life affirming workshop.
