Experiential Integration Workshop

This two-day experiential integration weekend workshop has been created with an intention to allow individuals to explore the depth of their unconscious and internal world, through shamanic ceremony, practical individual exercises, and group reflection, which will help you to integrate insights gained.

This workshop is aimed at individuals who wish to engage in integrating a specific difficult experience which you would like to work on exploring further. This may be related to traumatic experiences, spiritual emergencies, psychedelic experiences, awakening experiences, and other issues in your lives.

Integration of the issue which you bring will be worked with by utilising various techniques, including shamanic journeying, meditation, grounding, music and art, which will aim to actively empower you to engage in your healing process in a deeply meaningful, exploratory, imaginative and fun way.

This workshop will occur on 8-9th September 2018, and take place bi-monthly thereafter. If you are interested in booking a place, please contact me on 07943 909 408 or email me at contact@stephpsychotherapy.com.

BIOGRAPHY:

Stephanie Bernard is a qualified Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist (MBACP) and Shamanic Practitioner in private practice. She has worked with groups and individuals in psychoanalytic psychotherapy for the past nine years, working in clinical, institutional, out-patient and therapeutic community settings.

Stephanie has worked within the field of mental health for the past sixteen years. Stephanie has facilitated various psychotherapy, art, meditation, music and other therapeutic and recreational groups, whilst working in therapeutic community settings, within the NHS, and for Islington Mind’s Psychosis Therapy Project, where she was also the lead facilitator for a psychotherapy group which she helped to set up. She has also provided therapeutic clinical supervision to both individuals and groups, and lectured on a PGDip Psychotherapy course which was accredited by Middlesex University.

Stephanie trained as Shamanic Practitioner with Christa Mackinnon, and has experience working with ceremony, shamanic journeying, soul retrieval and the medicine wheel, in order to help individuals bring about and manifest personal healing, transformation and growth. She has also trained as a Shamanic Energy Healer with Copal Daselva, which enables her to shift energy blockages which reside within the body, in order to assist with and support the process of physical, mental and emotional healing. She also has experience and learnt to work with various shamanic and energetic healing methods and techniques, in order to assist with clearing entities. Stephanie was a Ridhwan UK3 member of the ‘Diamond Approach’ for five years, a psycho-spiritual approach developed by A.H. Almaas, and has also been initiated into the Nine Rites of the Munay-Ki, which are based on the initiatory practices of the Q’ero shamans of Peru.

Stephanie has completed an Art Therapy Foundation course with the British Association for Art Therapists (BAAT), and has helped to support individuals who have undergone difficult psychedelic and other drug related experiences, both within her private practice, as well as within Harm Reduction services. She has also worked with individuals who had experienced ‘spiritual emergencies’, as well as having experienced her own, which was pivotal in the transformation which it brought forth within her own personal development and life.

Stephanie’s own personal experiences, and passion for her work was the driving force behind the creation of her workshops, which aim to integrate ancient shamanic healing techniques, with our own modern day psychotherapeutic tools. An integrative approach, which brings forth insights and healing from beyond, whilst grounding and integrating these experiences back into our physical body and daily lives. Tools and techniques which will enable you to feel empowered to continue to engage with your own healing, personal development and process of transformation.
