Psychedelic Meditation: Monkey Mind
Psychedelic Meditation is back for the 4th session in our series. This week we'll be exploring the ancient Buddhist concept of "The Monkey Mind".
Ever told yourself that you were not going to do something...
and then find found yourself doing it, or vice versa?
Ever walked into a room with a clear purpose... only to forget what it is you were meant to be doing just moments later?
Ever feel like a walking bag of contradictions?
From procrastination to addiction, The Monkey Mind consists of this aspect of our awareness that can work against us by recklessly jumping all over the place.
In this session we will be getting to know our Inner Monkey, and exploring techniques to help us work with it more skilfully and harmoniously.
* We recommend bringing a blanket to keep cosy and warm.
* Cushions and chairs will be provided.

DISCLAIMER: If you have struggled with your emotional wellbeing, or are currently moving through something particularly difficult, please get in touch with us so we can discuss whether this is the right time for you to explore these practices, and make sure we support you as best we can.
