Join us on the 7th February for an immersive & meditative healing sound journey created with a 38” Planet Gong & 32” Symphonic Gong, Tibetan & crystal singing bowls, shamanic drums, steel tongue pan, harmonica, shanti chimes, shruti box & medicine songs.

As you relax on your mat, allowing yourself to be guided into an enhanced state of consciousness, the sound waves will wash through you, carrying you on a journey deep within yourself.

One of the intentions behind the session is to use the healing tools of the gongs, drums, voice & other instruments, to create frequencies and patterns, which when combined with various meditative techniques, induce an enhanced state of consciousness where healing can occur. Sound has been used in sacred ceremonies & shamanic rituals since ancient times, and can effect and change our brainwaves, allowing mystical altered states to be induced.

The sessions are inspired by psychedelic medicine ceremonies & are designed to assist people with the preparation & integration of their psychedelic experiences. During the session you will be guided through a process which includes intention setting, deep relaxation, surrender, connecting to your inner healer, bringing about a heightened state of awareness of both your physical and emotional being, to journey within in a deep state of meditation. People often find the experience can bring emotions to the surface & some enter a dream-like state and experience visions consistent with shamanic journeying.

We suggest arriving by 19:15, so you have time to choose your spot & get comfy. We will be starting promptly at 19:30, when the doors will be closed, so that others are not disturbed once the session begins. Thank you :)

Yoga mats & blankets are provided.

The sound journey itself lasts 1hrs 20 minutes and there will be an opportunity for a cup of tea after the session so you can feel fully re-integrated before you return to the outside world.

Unfortunately no tickets will be available on the door. Standard tickets are £15 / Concessions are £12

Testimonial for Psychedelic Sound Journeys: “I recently had the pleasure of attending Psychedelic Sound Journeys. A deeply immersive experience, taking you gradually deeper and deeper into a state of peaceful awareness. Artfully woven, the sounds, chanting and spoken word worked together to significantly deepen my meditation and expand my consciousness. The setting was made safe from the outset, with a focus on full acceptance of the self and a chance to consider my intention for the session. I felt genuine goodwill from these facilitators and wholly supported on my own journey of healing. A must for any explorer of psychedelic consciousness!” Fabien
