Maintain relationships with facilitators and co-create compelling new offerings
Handle all logistics: scheduling, financial management, online listings, ticketing, refunds, email queries
Liaise with team (minimum 1 Tuesday meeting/month)
Create compelling event visuals and edit/proof event copy
Coordinate and create basic content and social media promo
Maintain commercial awareness and develop offerings with clear audience pathways
Track and meet KPIs for event size and frequency

Has a keen eye for the latest trends in psychology, psychedelics, neuroscience and somatic wellness. What’s current, needed, and missing in the field
Is strategic and self-directed, yet collaborative
Thrives in fast-paced, responsive environments
Brings a sharp attention to detail and visual sensibility
Communicates with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
Has a commercial instinct and is confident negotiating partnerships and deals
Feels alignment with our values and is genuinely passionate about our work
